Job Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring absenteeism, maintains time and production records
- Ensures scrap is recorded accurately and disposed of daily; rework is completed daily
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining all TPM goals
- Informs Team Leader of Production Manger of any and all quality issues
- Clears all faults and restarts machinery
- Maintains 5S standards
- Accurately completes paperwork and data entry
- Fills in for associate when necessary
- Maintains time and production records
- Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance specifications
- Analyzes and provides input to resolve work problems or assists associates in solving work problems
- Tracks associates in area during emergency
- Conducts associate cross-training to include maintaining and verifying performance levels and updating records/keeping records of progress
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze information
- Write reports and work instructions
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office word
- 2 years of Manufacturing experience
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
